The title of this article is not referring to the eggs that are produced in a woman’s ovaries. The title of this article is referring to the eggs that are produced within a chicken. I just wanted to get that whole situation sorted out before I stated that I’m here to help you increase your sperm count.
First things first; did you know that eating eggs can boost your ability to produce higher sperm counts? I didn’t know, either. But once I found out that eggs do help out with sperm production, I knew I needed to tell as many men as I possibly could.

Egg yolks have a ton of unsaturated fat in them. What does this mean? Well, this means that egg yolks have a ton of nutrients in them. If you overcook the egg yolks, you kill most of those good nutrients. Instead, lightly cook the yolks and reap the benefits they carry within them.
Keep in mind, though you can fry, boil, and microwave eggs, it’s not recommended. You will still get some nutrients if you do this to your egg yolks; however the antioxidant properties and optimal nutritional effects will be cut in half if you use too much heat. In addition, scrambling them is not the best way to go either.
If you’re looking for the best way to make healthy eggs, stick with soft-boiling them, poaching them, or making them sunny side up with as much runny yolk as you can.

As you can probably tell, the best way to reap all the benefits of eggs is to eat them raw. If you can’t do that, try and keep the yolk as runny as possible. Avoid overcooking the yolks. If you do this, you’ll have tons of protein in your body to mass produce energy and sperm!
